Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications regarding an order, payment, delivery, customer service matter, or other business transaction.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
The VENTOTTO website may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, and similar tools to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve performance, and support advertising and marketing activities.
These technologies may collect information regarding your browser, device, website activity, interactions, and approximate location.
Depending on the services enabled on our website, third-party providers may also place or access cookies and similar technologies.
Where required by applicable law, users will be provided appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies and tracking technologies.

5. Analytics & Advertising
VENTOTTO may use third-party analytics and advertising services to understand how visitors interact with our website and to measure or improve advertising campaigns.
These services may include platforms such as Google and Meta if enabled by VENTOTTO.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable contractual arrangements.
The specific services used by VENTOTTO may change as our website and marketing operations develop.

6. How We Share Information
VENTOTTO may share personal information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business.
These providers may include:

  • Website hosting and e-commerce providers

  • Payment processors

  • Shipping and logistics providers

  • Email and communication providers

  • Analytics providers

  • Advertising and marketing providers

  • IT and security providers

  • Professional advisers such as accountants or attorneys

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful governmental requests, protect against fraud or security threats, enforce our agreements, or protect VENTOTTO's legal rights.

7. Sale of Personal Information
VENTOTTO does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word “sell.”
Certain advertising or analytics technologies, however, may constitute “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under particular U.S. state privacy laws depending on how those technologies are configured.
Where applicable law provides consumers with rights regarding these activities, VENTOTTO will provide the required mechanisms for exercising those rights.

8. Data Security
VENTOTTO takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
FTC guidance recommends that businesses collect only information they have a legitimate need for, restrict access, appropriately secure retained information, and dispose of it when there is no longer a business or legal reason to retain it.

9. Data Retention
VENTOTTO retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including completing transactions, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and complying with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

10. Your Privacy Choices & Rights
Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information.
These may include the right to:

  • Request access to certain personal information

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of certain information

  • Opt out of certain marketing communications

  • Request information regarding certain disclosures or uses of personal information

  • Exercise other rights provided under applicable privacy law

Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions or verification requirements.
VENTOTTO will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising an applicable privacy right.

11. Washington Residents
VENTOTTO is based in the State of Washington and processes personal information in accordance with applicable Washington and federal law.
VENTOTTO does not intentionally collect consumer health data through its ordinary sale of decorative architectural products.
If VENTOTTO begins collecting information that constitutes “consumer health data” under Washington's My Health My Data Act, we will provide any separate notices, policies, consents, and consumer rights required by that law.
This distinction is useful because Washington requires covered businesses collecting consumer health data to maintain a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy prominently linked from the homepage. For a normal architectural-materials store that isn't collecting health information, we shouldn't unnecessarily mix that specialized policy into this general Privacy Policy.

12. Children's Privacy
The VENTOTTO website and products are intended for adults and are not directed toward children under 13.
VENTOTTO does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in circumstances subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If we become aware that such information was collected improperly, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment services, or other external services.
VENTOTTO does not control the privacy practices of those third parties.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information.

14. Business Transfers
If VENTOTTO is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
VENTOTTO may update this Privacy Policy as our business, website, technology, or legal obligations change.
The current version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice regarding material changes.

16. Contact Us
Questions, concerns, or privacy requests regarding this Privacy Policy may be submitted through the contact information provided on the VENTOTTO website.
