Welcome to VENTOTTO. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VENTOTTO website, as well as purchases of products directly from VENTOTTO.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About VENTOTTO
VENTOTTO is a Washington-based manufacturer and supplier of decorative architectural finishes, including mineral plasters, lime-based paints, microcement systems, architectural surface systems, primers, sealers, additives, colorants, and related products.
References to “VENTOTTO,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to the VENTOTTO business operating the website and selling the applicable products.

2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, specifications, coverage information, application information, and other product details.
However, decorative and mineral finishes are inherently variable.
Actual color, texture, movement, sheen, depth, and overall appearance may differ from photographs, digital representations, printed materials, samples, or previously applied finishes.
Colors displayed on phones, computers, tablets, and other screens may not accurately represent the physical product.
Product specifications, formulations, packaging, colors, and availability may be updated or changed from time to time.

3. Natural Variation
Many VENTOTTO products contain mineral, lime-based, cementitious, or naturally derived ingredients and are designed to produce handcrafted architectural finishes.
Natural variation in color, texture, movement, tonal depth, pattern, and appearance is an intended characteristic of these materials and does not, by itself, constitute a product defect.
The final appearance may also be affected by the substrate, preparation, application method, applicator technique, environmental conditions, number and thickness of coats, sanding or burnishing, dilution, pigmentation, and selected sealer.
We strongly recommend preparing and approving a representative sample before beginning a full installation.

4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
VENTOTTO reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, product availability, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
VENTOTTO may change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, delivery charges, and other applicable fees may be added at checkout or otherwise disclosed before completion of the transaction.
Obvious typographical or pricing errors may be corrected as permitted by applicable law.

6. Payment
Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by VENTOTTO.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Shipping, delivery, damaged shipment procedures, order cancellations, and product returns are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Washington generally does not require retailers to accept ordinary returns or exchanges except in certain circumstances, including issues involving defective or misrepresented merchandise, but merchants should clearly disclose their return policies. 

8. Custom & Tinted Products
Certain VENTOTTO products may be manufactured, tinted, colored, mixed, or otherwise prepared specifically for an individual order.
The eligibility of custom, tinted, opened, or specially prepared products for return or exchange is governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Customers are responsible for confirming product type, quantity, and selected color before submitting an order.

9. Professional Products & Installation
Certain VENTOTTO products are professional architectural finishing materials and require proper substrate preparation, mixing, application, curing, and finishing.
Purchasers and installers are responsible for reviewing current product instructions and determining whether the selected product and system are appropriate for the intended substrate and application.
Where appropriate, VENTOTTO recommends installation by an experienced professional.
Detailed requirements concerning installation, substrates, system compatibility, waterproofing, application conditions, and product performance are contained in our separate Product Use, Application & Warranty Disclaimer and applicable technical documentation.

10. Intellectual Property
The VENTOTTO name, logos, product names, packaging designs, website content, photographs, graphics, text, product literature, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to VENTOTTO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use VENTOTTO intellectual property without prior written authorization, except as otherwise permitted by law.

11. Website Use
You may use the VENTOTTO website only for lawful purposes.
You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to any system or account, use automated methods to improperly collect website information, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or business, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. No Waiver of Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, restricted, or excluded under applicable federal law or the laws of the State of Washington.

15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold VENTOTTO harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from VENTOTTO’s own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or remedies provided by applicable law.
